The Tempo of the Towns was published from 1971 until 1984 – when it merged with it’s sister publication , The Vestal News and formed the combo publication – The Valley News which covered Endwell , Endicott , Johnson City and Vestal. The Valley News ran until 1989.Although , you could use the full text search feature on www.stacsportsarchive.com , many prefer to read the Tempo of the Town and the Valley News “cover to cover” – which I have set up by going to these page links – which is categorized by Year – month – week.
